The film (Thesis and/or Pilot) currently isn't accepting official dubs or translations. Any further inquiries will be ignored.
Fandubs are fine, just remember to abide copyrights!

No, any future job listings will be announced on Zeddyzi's Twitter or the Official Ramshackle Twitter when available, please ensure to read and follow the details there.

No definite number, but Zi has stated they're late teens to young adults.

There's no specific time era/location, everything is bits and pieces of things that inspired the series.
